Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure HSE programs reflect field realities and compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on best practices

• Research innovative HSE initiatives for broader application

• Execute change management plans for program rollout

• Assess program effectiveness through data analysis

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety

• 10+ years of HSE experience in construction or industrial

• 3–5 years in HSE program development

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AI tools a plus

• Willingness to travel approximately once a month
