Banter District Manager Northern California

Lead a successful district at Banter by Piercing Pagoda in Northern California! As a District Manager, you'll oversee operations while ensuring our high standards and driving team performance.

This role is essential in managing multi-unit operations, focusing on sales performance, personnel management, and customer service excellence. The District Manager will lead merchandising efforts and enforce company standards by acting as a role model. You’ll also manage district-wide administration and be accountable for profit and loss (P & L) analysis while recruiting and training staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead district store operations to meet performance goals

• Manage sales, customer service, and merchandising standards

• Recruit, interview, and train new employees effectively

• Ensure loss prevention and expense control measures are met

• Conduct regular store visits and staff evaluations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience

• Proven expertise in sales and P & L analysis

• Strong communication skills and staff development experience

• Ability to travel for store visits
