Tilesetters Supervisor

Join our Edmonton team as a Tilesetters Supervisor, where your leadership will guide projects and workers on-site. This permanent, full-time role offers $37.50 hourly for 35-40 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate possesses a secondary school diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will supervise workers, manage projects, and handle equipment setup. Your expertise will also inform cost estimations and personnel recommendations needed to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare production and operational reports

• Supervise workers and manage various projects

• Set up and maintain relevant machinery and equipment

• Estimate costs, materials, and personnel requirements

• Order and requisition necessary materials and supplies

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a related field

• In-person project management and on-site execution

• Eligible to work as a permanent or valid temporary resident in Canada

• Strong organizational skills and team-oriented approach
