Associate Director, Immunology Programs

Elevate patient outcomes as the Associate Director for Immunology Programs at Sentrex Health Solutions, working in a hybrid remote environment. Lead innovative patient support initiatives to promote health accessibility.

In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Program Director and manage all aspects of Immunology programs within the Patient Support Programs unit. Key skills include program management, people management, and client engagement. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering superior patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance of Program Managers and support staff

• Oversee program design and quality assurance processes

• Produce project-related reporting and maintain program audits

• Facilitate client meetings and address inquiries

• Coordinate strategic planning with business development teams

Requirements:

• University degree in applicable field

• 5+ years in People, Program, & Client Management roles

• Strong knowledge of patient assistance programs

• Exceptional project management skills

• Ability to analyze financial data for budgeting
