Position: Infrastructure Manager at Stantec

The Roads and Highways Manager reports directly to the Operations Lead and is responsible for strategic direction and client engagement while promoting a culture of safety and excellence. Drive project success through mentoring and collaboration, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate client relationships to drive business growth

• Prioritize Health, Safety, Security and Environment in projects

• Execute project plans with attention to quality and timeline

• Lead recruitment and development of project managers

• Facilitate ongoing team engagement and improvement
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required;
Master’s preferred

• Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.)

• 15+ years of relevant work experience

• Strong leadership and project management abilities

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
