Ashley Canada is seeking a  Sales Manager  for our  Edmonton South  store at  1430 99 St NW . This leadership role focuses on coaching the sales team, improving store performance and creating an exceptional guest experience.

As the Sales Manager, You Will
Lead the team in achieving store goals for sales, margin, conversion and other key measures
Coach and develop team members to strengthen individual and store performance
Build an engaged, accountable team through feedback, recognition and performance management
Lead team meetings, training and performance discussions
Coach the team on the Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions and guest engagement
Review performance trends and implement action plans
Ensure every guest receives exceptional service
Partner with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations Team on store priorities
Maintain showroom standards and ensure policies and processes are followed
Support the attraction, onboarding and retention of a strong team
What You Bring
3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
Experience coaching a team accountable for performance targets
Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to interpret results and turn them into clear actions
Post-secondary education is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered
Availability for days, evenings and weekends
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required
