Senior Delivery Manager - NetSuite at Plative

Lead delivery initiatives as a Senior Delivery Manager for Net Suite  a trusted advisor to clients and manage a team dedicated to excellence in delivery.

This role involves directing project execution while promoting customer satisfaction and team performance. You will work closely with the Director of Net Suite Delivery, ensuring alignment on project goals and strategic objectives. Your leadership will enhance delivery standards while fostering a culture of trust and accountability within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client engagement timelines, budgets, and quality

• Establish project governance and stakeholder alignment

• Coach and mentor delivery team members for peak performance

• Manage escalations and ensure effective communication

• Identify and implement improvements in delivery methodology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or IT

• 4+ years as a Net Suite consultant

• 3+ years in project management

• 2+ years of direct management experience

• Strong understanding of Net Suite functionalities
