Power & Utilities Area Supervisor

Lead operations at Air Products' Power & Utilities sector in Edmonton, Alberta. This position gives the opportunity to manage a vital team in the company's Net Zero Hydrogen and Energy Complex.
As an experienced Area Supervisor, you will report directly to the Production Area Superintendent and oversee daily operations and EH&S performance. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your expertise in power engineering will guide the operations team toward safe and efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to protocols

• Train and develop a team of operators and technicians

• Manage maintenance activities to optimize plant reliability

• Lead compliance with Process Safety Management programs

• Act as primary Power & Utilities contact with stakeholders
Requirements:

• First Class Power Engineering Certificate and technical diploma

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience

• Experience in commissioning and operations of complex facilities

• Strong knowledge of process safety programs

• Proven leadership skills in managing operational improvements
