In this role, you'll take charge of significant municipal water and wastewater initiatives within WSP's Northern Alberta & Indigenous team. This position demands extensive experience managing projects for First Nations, focusing on community engagement and respect. You will guide design and execution processes while overseeing critical elements such as budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Facilitate community engagement and build strong relationships
• Manage project scope, risks, and quality control
• Coordinate teams of engineers, planners, and specialists
• Prepare proposals that respect cultural communication
Requirements:
• 10+ years managing municipal projects
• Minimum of 5 years with Indigenous communities
• Civil engineering degree or equivalent
• PMP certification an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
Utilize your project management skills to create impactful and lasting solutions for Indigenous communities.
