Position: Program Manager for Supported Housing

As the Supported Housing Program Manager, you'll lead operations focused on exceptional care delivery in supportive living settings. Partnering with an interdisciplinary team, your focus will be on comprehensive planning, resident advocacy, and quality improvement. You will also oversee staff and resources to ensure compliance with organizational policies and health regulations, creating a solid foundation for resident health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee care service delivery for quality and consistency

• Develop strategies aligned with organizational priorities

• Lead performance evaluations and encourage quality enhancements

• Coordinate care services with external partners and stakeholders

• Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently

Requirements:

• Regulated Health Care Professional Qualification required

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in supportive living

• Solid understanding of continuing care health service standards

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Must possess valid driver’s license and clean abstract
