Director of Children and Family Services

This full-time Director role reports to the Vice President and is crucial for delivering on our mission. As a values-driven leader, you’ll oversee program development and ensure quality compliance across services. You will manage stakeholder relationships while adapting to evolving community needs, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide service areas in line with agency strategy

• Develop and enhance programs responsive to community needs

• Establish partnerships with funders and service providers

• Monitor service factors affecting delivery and funding

• Oversee operational and financial management for programs

Requirements:

• Degree in human services;
Master’s preferred

• Minimum seven years in senior leadership roles

• Proven experience in program management

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 driver’s license
