Compensation

Lead and motivate a team of Personal Lines Brokers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environmentProvide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help team members excel and growAnalyze and refine workflows to improve efficiency and client experienceMonitor service quality, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvementsSupport staffing decisions, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training opportunitiesPromote a culture of respect, transparency, and community within your teamEnsure all activities comply with company policies and local regulatory standards during standard business hoursQualifications
Alberta Insurance License Level 2 with at least 5 years’ experience in an insurance brokerage environmentProven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teamsExperience with Applied SystemsStrong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilitiesIf you thrive in a supportive, community oriented environment and are ready to lead with passion, apply today and become an integral part of a company that truly cares about its people and clients!
