Compensation

Base salary between $65,000 – $70,000, rewarding your leadership and dedication.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Personal Lines Brokers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help team members excel and grow

Analyze and refine workflows to improve efficiency and client experience

Monitor service quality, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements

Support staffing decisions, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training opportunities

Promote a culture of respect, transparency, and community within your team

Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulatory standards during standard business hours

Qualifications

Alberta Insurance License Level 2 with at least 5 years’ experience in an insurance brokerage environment

Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams

Experience with Applied Systems

Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
