Position: Team Lead for Personal Lines

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily coaching and mentoring for team members

• Manage team workflow for timely renewals and client services

• Serve as a technical resource for complex client inquiries

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

• Support recruitment and ongoing employee training

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience

• Alberta Level 2 General Insurance Licence

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of Home, Auto, and related coverages

• Experience with EPIC is a strong asset
