As the Regional General Manager, you will oversee operations and ensure project success by developing effective strategies across various divisions. You will lead a dedicated team, enforce safety regulations, and maintain strong client relationships, all while promoting an environment of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement business strategies for growth and efficiency
• Supervise project scheduling, resource management, and supervision
• Conduct performance evaluations and team development
• Monitor budget adherence and manage financial performance
• Execute contract reviews and negotiations for projects
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years in the residential construction sector
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership experience across departments
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools
