This position offers the opportunity to manage vital infrastructure projects in Northern Alberta aimed at supporting Indigenous clients. As the Senior Project Manager, you will focus on building strong partnerships and implementing community-driven decisions throughout project cycles.
Your role is essential in ensuring that each project aligns with the needs and priorities of the communities served.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Foster respectful relationships with Indigenous communities
• Conduct engagement sessions with community members
• Manage budget, risk, and overall project quality
• Mentor and guide junior project team members
Requirements:
• 10+ years in project management of municipal infrastructure
• Five years of experience with First Nations communities
• Degree in civil engineering or technology
• PMP certification preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
