This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead transformative projects within WSP's Northern Alberta & Indigenous team. You will ensure projects meet community needs through effective planning, relationship management, and risk oversight. Engagement with local leaders and teams is pivotal to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage planning and design of water and wastewater projects
• Foster partnerships with Indigenous leadership and stakeholders
• Conduct feasibility studies and system assessments
• Manage overall project execution from start to finish
• Mentor junior staff while supporting team development
Requirements:
• 10+ years managing infrastructure projects
• Minimum 5 years working with First Nations
• Accreditation in civil engineering or technology
• PMP certification valued
• Ability to present technical information clearly
Lead projects to enhance community resilience and improve sustainability with your expertise in water infrastructure at WSP.
