In this strategic role, you will oversee the implementation of maintenance best practices and continuous improvement efforts. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will closely lead teams to enhance equipment reliability and safety through robust coaching and support. Championing initiatives that promote organizational change will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a culture that prioritizes people and safety
• Analyze and implement best practices across multiple sites
• Lead improvement initiatives derived from enterprise goals
• Train and mentor staff in continuous improvement methodologies
• Monitor project progress and ensure accountability
Requirements:
• Required technical certification such as trades licenses
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Expertise in CMMS, PdM, and Reliability Excellence
• Effective communication and change management skills
• Must be willing to travel up to 40%
Lead IPEX in maintaining high standards of operational excellence and safety in this influential role.
