Open Circle is seeking a Director of Benefit Operations in Edmonton, Alberta, to oversee the Benefit Services department for an 18-month maternity leave contract. You will lead a high-performing team, strengthen member relationships, and drive continuous improvement across benefit programs and service delivery.
You will report to the Vice President, Benefit Services, and collaborate with members, carriers, and industry partners to deliver an outstanding member experience in a dynamic organization.
