Working across a defined business area, function, location or major project, you will establish a clear vision for change, lead delivery through direct and indirect teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed transformation across the organisation.

WhatYou’ll Do
As Director, Change Management, Operating Model and Organisational Design, you will:
- Lead the implementation of change management strategies, plans and initiatives across defined business areas, functions, locations or projects.
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision and direction for change activities aligned with organisational priorities.
- Lead operating model and organisation design initiatives that enable strategic transformation and improved business performance.
- Oversee the development and execution of objectives, policies, procedures and programmes that support evolving business needs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver transformation outcomes extending beyond the immediate function or business area.
- Provide leadership to direct and indirect teams, creating clarity, accountability and opportunities for capability development.
- Manage multiple complex change initiatives simultaneously, either directly or through others.
- Partner with senior and executive leaders on matters that influence operational performance and business outcomes.
- Provide strategic advice, facilitation and coaching to support leaders and teams through significant organisational change.
- Contribute to systems, processes and tools that improve change effectiveness and strengthen organisational capability.
- Ensure transformation initiatives are effectively adopted, embedded and sustained across the business.
- A university degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Change Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Significant senior leadership experience across behavioural change, cultural change and enterprise transformation.
- Demonstrated experience leading operating model and organisation design initiatives in a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to engage, advise and influence senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, influencing, facilitation and coaching capabilities.
- The ability to translate organisational strategy into practical and sustainable transformation outcomes.
