The Career Mentorship Program assists newcomers to break employment barriers with the support of our volunteer mentors in order to successfully integrate into the Canadian labour market.
Mentors will assist with expanding network, setting and adjusting goals, and resume/cover letter/ interview tips. Mentors will meet or e-meet with mentees, who are internationally trained professionals, to conduct resume critiques.
Summary
Both mentors and mentees will be provided with leadership experience, networking opportunities, and professional growth.
