• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote programs, events, and organizational initiatives.
• Manage social media accounts, website content, and digital communications to increase engagement and visibility.
• Create marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, posters, and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate events, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities to build community awareness and participation.
• Collaborate with staff, partners, and vendors to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for management.
• Support public relations and communications efforts, including media relations and community engagement.

• Develop and enhance transferable soft skills like leadership, teamwork, and communication.
• Gain experience and volunteer hours that you can put on your résumé.

• Minimum age: 12.
• Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and software.
• Complete training prior to start date.
• Can commit to the shift schedule.

• Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English.
• Previous volunteer experience.
