Community Partnerships and Relationship Building Identify, vet, and maintain a network of approved non‑profit and community organizations across Alberta. Build strong, culturally responsive relationships with community partners, ensuring alignment with PRC values. Conduct outreach and site visits, address concerns, and support organizations in meeting supervision and reporting expectations.Training, Outreach, and Education Develop and deliver presentations, training materials, and informational resources for internal teams and external partners. Promote awareness of restorative program options to stakeholders.Leadership Exercise sound judgment within a complex and evolving oversight environment. Promote principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and cultural safety. Foster collaboration across PRC teams and contribute to consistent, high‑quality practices in alternative resolution.Program Development Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance the design, structure, and accessibility. Analyze participation data, trends, and outcomes to identify gaps and recommend program enhancements. Expand and diversify placement and donation options by building partnerships with new organizations that align with restorative and community‑driven outcomes. Gather and integrate stakeholder feedback to improve program design and delivery. Ensure program standards remain current, clear, and aligned with legislation, PRC policy, and operational needs.
