Pastor of Kids Ministry - Baptist

Position: Pastor of Kids Ministry - Central Baptist
Play a pivotal role in children's spiritual growth as the Pastor at Central Baptist Church, Connors Hill in Edmonton. Nurture faith and develop leaders among the young congregation.

The Pastor/Coordinator of Kids Ministry will shepherd children through relational engagement and community involvement. You’ll work alongside parents to help children embrace their faith and be equipped for leadership. This role is essential to building a foundation of faith within the church’s vibrant multi-site context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply engage with kids in faith-based programming

• Collaborate with parents to enhance kids' spiritual journeys

• Recruit, equip, and empower ministry leaders

• Maintain a welcoming and safe ministry environment

• Participate in multi-site initiatives with a collaborative spirit

Requirements:

• Personal and growing relationship with Jesus

• Commitment to Central’s doctrines and values

• Leadership skills and ministry experience

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Willingness to be actively involved in team settings

Guide kids and cultivate future leaders within the Central Baptist community in Edmonton.
