Program Coordinator

Job Opportunity – Program Coordinator   St. Albert Sturgeon Hospice Association (SASHA) is a registered charitable organization that provides programs and services to palliative clients and their caregivers in the St. Albert and Sturgeon County communities.
THE OPPORTUNITY   As we enter a pivotal stage of strategic growth, SASHA is looking for a Program Coordinator to guide us through this exciting next phase. In this role, you will continue to strengthen our programs in the St. Albert and Sturgeon County communities.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing our community programs and volunteers. Key duties include volunteer recruitment, training, and placement with clients. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.
The Candidate     Experience in program coordination, volunteer management, and community engagement.
Health care experience an asset.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel an asset.
This is a full-time position requiring occasional evenings and weekends related to events and stakeholder engagement. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
