NCCM Regional Ambassador

Become the Regional Ambassador for the National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) in Edmonton, focusing on community connection and outreach. This full-time role is essential for elevating NCCM’s local impact.

The Regional Lead’s position is pivotal in fostering relationships across the community. Reporting to the Chief Mobilization Officer, you will engage directly with masajid and local organizations, ensuring that NCCM’s mission resonates in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain relationships with community partners

• Coordinate events and outreach programs regionally

• Represent NCCM at various community events

• Recruit and empower local volunteers

• Track and manage engagement activities effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Background in community engagement or public advocacy is desired

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
