In this role, you will ensure the safe operation of the centre while spearheading fundraising and community engagement efforts. Experience in non-profit leadership will help you effectively manage staff and programming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct diverse programming like cultural events and fitness classes
• Oversee fundraising activities and grant proposal writing
• Ensure building maintenance and safety standards
• Manage operational budget and human resources
• Build strong relationships with local agencies and partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or substantial equivalent experience
• Five years of leadership in non-profit organizations
• Success in fundraising and grant writing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
