CKUA is seeking a Fund Development Manager to lead its annual fundraising activities during a dynamic growth phase. This role requires a strategic thinker to oversee on-air campaigns, direct mail initiatives, and strengthen donor relationships. You’ll work closely with the Development team and contribute to aligning fundraising efforts with the organization's creative mission. Your leadership will help mentor Senior Development Officers and enhance fundraising performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct annual fund development planning and execution

• Supervise on-air fundraising campaigns and logistics

• Monitor and analyze fundraising data for insights

• Lead direct mail appeals and 50/50 raffles effectively

• Encourage a growth-focused culture within the team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fund development and team management
