Senior Wellness Manager for Youth

Join YESS in Edmonton as a Senior Wellness Manager, driving transformative support for youth. This full-time role requires strategic oversight of programs focusing on wellness, recovery, and community outreach.

As the Wellness Manager, you will report to the Chief Programs Officer, championing youth-centered approaches across a range of services including Counselling and Medical Support. This leadership role will empower you to guide a multidisciplinary team ensuring effective service delivery while enhancing youth access to critical resources. You'll coordinate the medical program ensuring youths receive essential health services when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Wellness, Outreach, and Transition teams

• Monitor program outcomes and service quality

• Coordinate scheduling for volunteer medical providers

• Identify service gaps to implement improvements

• Foster community partnerships to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in relevant area or similar experience

• 2+ years in youth services or wellness management

• Skills in staff supervision and program evaluation

• Knowledge of youth mental health and transition support

• Valid driver's license and background clearances
