OverviewThe incumbent provides training to franchisees and their employees based on identified mandates or during restaurant openings, transfers, or renewals within a designated region. Training covers management, kitchen operations, customer service, and fruit preparation. Based on their level of expertise and assigned mandates, the role also supports franchisees in improving restaurant profitability while ensuring compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Human Resources (training)—all within a naturally supportive and collaborative environment.
- Identify, plan, and deliver restaurant staff training in operations, management, and cost control for franchisees or managers, based on acquired knowledge related to operational programs (delivery, table-side payment, etc.);
- Produce a training report after each session and ensure proper follow-up;
- Advise franchisees on government standards, hygiene and sanitation, health and safety, and Cora procedures;
- Participate in the development of personalized action plans, KPIs, and workshop planning with franchisees based on needs and acquired knowledge;
- Actively participate in restaurant openings, transfers, renovations, or renewals;
- Conduct restaurant evaluations as part of a sale process, based on acquired knowledge level;
- Contribute to the improvement, full development, and updating of training plans and manuals, and revise certain operational tools for the network;
- Participate in regional conference calls for launches;
- May be required to manage an annual calibration process for coaches;
- High School Diploma (DES) or Vocational Diploma (DEP) in food service;
- Diploma in finance or management is an asset;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a related role or having held various restaurant positions, ideally in management or service management;
- Availability to work 1 weekend out of 4;
- Availability to support restaurant openings anywhere in the country for approximately 21 consecutive days;
Skills:
- Fluency in English; comfortable delivering training regularly, French an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Planner, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
