Altitude Food & Beverage Supervisor

Columbia Icefield, Jasper AB – Full‑time seasonal role for Spring/Summer 2026. Starting wage: $21.00/hour.

At Pursuit, we offer an opportunity to work at the remote Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, surrounded by stunning glacier views and endless mountain adventure. Staff live on‑site with accommodations and three hot meals per day. Housing and meals are provided ($20/day), and there is an end‑of‑season retention bonus up to $1/hr.

• Preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
• Ensuring accurate cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
• Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role.
• Supervising and supporting the staff on the floor.
• Coordinating Food & Beverage orders and inventory.
• Updating staff schedules and changes.
• Interacting with customers and maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Involved in the making of and receiving food orders; receiving payment for all services provided.
• Listening and responding to customer complaints.
• Ensuring the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times.
• Relieving servers as required.
• Upholding the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excited about working and living in a remote yet social environment.
• Mature, energetic, dependable, and self‑motivated; natural leadership ability.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Accounting experience is an asset; familiarity with Word and Excel.
• POS system experience is an asset.
• Cash handling experience.
• Experience in high‑volume settings.
• Ability to handle stress in a professional manner.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Must meet organization grooming and appearance standards.
• Must consent to a criminal record check.
