Tasks/
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and speciality foods including curries, vegetables, meat, poultry, and fish dishes
- Create decorative food displays for special events such as banquets and catering
- Instruct cooks in preparation for cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
- Supervise activities of other chefs and cooks
- Assist Executive Chef in menu planning
- Estimate amount and costs of kitchen supplies and food items
