Key Responsibilities:

• Support Chef in culinary and administrative tasks

• Mentor and train kitchen staff in food preparation

• Ensure quality and sanitation standards are met

• Assist in menu planning and execution

• Foster a positive experience for residents and guests

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining

• Background in high-volume kitchen operations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
