As a Chef Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with Dexterra policies. This position requires at least a decade of food service experience, including significant roles in diverse culinary settings. Your leadership will shape a productive and safety-focused kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and serve exceptional rotating menus

• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to safety standards

• Provide training and mentorship for culinary team members

• Prepare food utilizing HACCP and FOODSAFE methods

• Handle inventory bi-weekly and report maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson or Red Seal Certificate

• HACCP or Safe Check food safety certification

• Over 10 years in hospitality/food service

• At least 5 years as a Chef in relevant environments

• Strong skills in menu pricing and recipe implementation
