Culinary Steward

Position: Culinary Steward at Renaissance
Join the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel as a Culinary Steward, where you’ll help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen. This full-time role offers at least 30 hours a week with hourly pay plus gratuities.

As a Culinary Steward, your contributions will keep the kitchen operations smooth and impactful. Your responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness in kitchen areas, operating dishwashing machines, and managing the organization of kitchen items. Key Responsibilities:

• Keep kitchen floors and areas clean and organized

• Safely operate dishwashing equipment and handle kitchen items

• Uphold a professional appearance with proper uniform

• Breakdown trays following safety procedures

• Promote a safe work environment by managing spills

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Ability to work with little supervision

• Physical capability to lift and manage heavy objects

• Maintain a team-friendly and respectful attitude

• Prepared for physical activity throughout the shift
