Referral Marketing Specialist

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Employment type: Full‑time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually + Bonus

We’re seeking a Referral Marketing Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta, to help expand our presence in the world of Sleep Care. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Director of Business Development to build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, driving patient referrals and elevating our brand across the community.

• Educate healthcare professionals about Snore MD’s exceptional services and sleep apnea care
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and medical offices
• Organize presentations and meetings to promote Snore MD’s offerings
• Seek new business opportunities while maintaining existing partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate referral growth

• Experience in sales or business development within a medical, dental, or pharmaceutical environment
• A passion for building relationships and overcoming sales challenges
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet targets
• Post‑secondary education in healthcare or business development is a plus
• Must be based in Edmonton and have a driver’s license and personal vehicle
