Personal Lines Account Manager

Overview

We are hiring for a Personal Lines Insurance Broker in our Stony Plain branch location. As a Personal Lines Account Manager you are responsible for meeting sales goals through account development and new business sales. You will build strong lasting relationships with our clients by helping to protect what matters most to them. You hold a Level 1 General Insurance license.

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
• Upsell of products and services to new and existing clients
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
• Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans
