Lead Generation Specialist - Personal Benefits

Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of personal benefits products by identifying prospective customers, initiating outreach, and qualifying leads for the sales team. This position requires strong communication abilities, confidence in engaging with potential clients, and the discipline to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Identify and research potential customers using various channels such as online tools, social media, and targeted prospecting
  • Reach out to prospects using marketing‑supplied lists and qualify opportunities through calls, emails, and additional outreach methods
  • Maintain an organized database of leads to support ongoing follow‑up and future sales initiatives
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support and refine lead‑generation strategies
  • Review lead performance data, assess results, and recommend improvements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead development
  • Deliver a positive, professional experience in every client interaction
  • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a remote setting
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to internal initiatives
  • Demonstrate professionalism, uphold company standards, and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Your strengths include:
  • Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, prospecting, or lead‑generation roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital lead‑generation tools
  • Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • A track record of meeting targets and supporting successful sales outcomes
