Lead Generation Specialist - Personal BenefitsOur client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of personal benefits products by identifying prospective customers, initiating outreach, and qualifying leads for the sales team. This position requires strong communication abilities, confidence in engaging with potential clients, and the discipline to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Identify and research potential customers using various channels such as online tools, social media, and targeted prospectingReach out to prospects using marketing‑supplied lists and qualify opportunities through calls, emails, and additional outreach methodsMaintain an organized database of leads to support ongoing follow‑up and future sales initiativesWork closely with sales and marketing teams to support and refine lead‑generation strategiesReview lead performance data, assess results, and recommend improvementsStay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead developmentDeliver a positive, professional experience in every client interactionManage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a remote settingParticipate in training sessions and contribute to internal initiativesDemonstrate professionalism, uphold company standards, and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levelsYour strengths include:Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in sales, prospecting, or lead‑generation rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational and time‑management abilitiesExperience using CRM systems and digital lead‑generation toolsCapability to analyze data and make informed decisionsA track record of meeting targets and supporting successful sales outcomes
