Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment
Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical or product support
Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination
Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures and customer service standards
Job Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
