As the Area Sales Manager, you'll be the key liaison between FCA Canada and local dealers. With at least three years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector, you will drive retail merchandising strategies. Your responsibilities include implementing national sales programs and using market intelligence to enhance dealer performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop retail merchandising strategies with local dealers
• Coordinate implementation of sales programs and targets
• Provide competitive market intelligence for management activities
• Monitor dealership operations for performance improvements
• Assist dealers in achieving EV Readiness and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Must reside in Edmonton/Grand Prairie and travel regularly
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in automotive
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Strong decision-making and time management skills
