In this pivotal role at Sunbelt Rentals, you will engage directly with customers both in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibility includes understanding their equipment needs, negotiating rental terms, and processing orders efficiently. You will ensure that every interaction reflects outstanding customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers to determine their equipment requirements
• Negotiate pricing and placement for equipment rentals
• Complete order entries with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain courteous communication with customers at all times
• Assist in the delivery and transport of equipment as needed
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract
• Familiarity with construction and industrial tools
• Previous experience in equipment rental is preferred
• Strong customer service and computer skills
