Fort Garry Industries is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to enhance our Edmonton East branch.
Your role will include selling heavy-duty parts and building strong relationships with customers. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in heavy-duty parts sales or similar industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide product knowledge on aftermarket heavy-duty parts
• Optimize transactions with returns, warranty claims, and special orders
• Address customer inquiries regarding prices and product features
• Manage cash and national accounts efficiently
• Operate a forklift and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
• 1-5 years in heavy-duty parts sales or related fields
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and navigate a warehouse
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented and adaptive with a commitment to safety
