Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will engage with construction and light industrial clients, fostering relationships to ensure ongoing business.
Your role includes presenting Faber's staffing platform, determining client needs, and closing contracts to generate new sales. With the autonomy to manage your schedule, you’ll thrive in a high-earning potential environment focused on growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate leads for building client relationships
• Present Faber’s staffing solutions tailored to client needs
• Conduct site visits and client meetings for relationship building
• Maintain strong relationships and swiftly address client issues
• Help meet sales targets by analyzing market trends
Requirements:
• Experience in account management or sales in staffing
• Ability to drive to diverse client locations across Edmonton
• Understanding of temporary labour supply and construction industry
• Strong time management and self-directed working style
• Proficient with CRM tools, experience with Hubspot preferred
