Sales Assistant in Home Building

As the Sales Assistant, you will report to the Manager of Sales and Marketing and directly engage with customers. Responsibilities include conducting show home tours, qualifying potential buyers, and maintaining appealing sales centers. You'll also manage a variety of administrative tasks within the home buying process, making it a versatile position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Provide engaging show home tours and product information
• Qualify potential buyers and assist with financing
• Ensure show homes are presentable and appealing
• Support customers throughout the home building progress
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months in sales or sales support
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Background in Residential Home Building preferred
