In this key role, you will proactively grow corporate business for both hotels. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing business travel accounts, managing local relationships, and developing project-based opportunities. Collaborate closely with various teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and secure new corporate accounts
• Manage and grow existing local accounts
• Conduct outside sales calls and client meetings
• Prepare proposals and negotiate agreements
• Meet revenue targets through proactive strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience
• Strong skills in relationship building and prospecting
• Understanding of hotel operations and revenue management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
