Sales Manager

Position: Uline Sales Manager Opportunity
Lead the sales team at Uline’s Edmonton branch as a Sales Manager, focusing on building strong customer relationships. Contribute to the success of a premier distributor of shipping and packaging materials in North America.
As Sales Manager, you will develop and mentor a sales team of 8–10 representatives. Your key duties include conducting joint sales efforts with your team and fostering relationships with strategic accounts. You will work with national sales teams to implement effective training and sales strategies while analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the training and development of a sales force

• Engage in joint sales calls with team members

• Collaborate with national managers on sales tactics

• Assess sales targets and identify growth opportunities

• Actively participate in field visits with your sales team
Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary

• 10+ years of Sales/Sales management expertise

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Regular travel within your territory is required
