Become a pivotal part of CFIB as an Ag District Sales Manager in Central Alberta. This role is ideal for proactive communicators with a background in sales and a passion for agriculture.
As an Ag District Sales Manager, you will work with agriculture clients across the vibrant region from Red Deer to Blackfalds, focusing on both growing your territory and servicing existing accounts. Comprehensive training will prepare you for the challenges of meeting and exceeding sales goals, while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow your sales territory
• Provide exceptional service to current and new clients
• Follow a proven sales process consistently
• Communicate effectively with diverse client needs
• Manage multiple tasks with organizational excellence
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales or customer service
• Full valid Driver’s License and dependable vehicle
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and ability to adapt to challenges
