Senior Fuel AdvisorOur client is seeking a Senior Fuel Advisor to drive revenue growth through the development and management of high-value wholesale fuel opportunities. This role is focused on building and closing large-scale deals within the wholesale channel, particularly across oil & gas, mining, and other industrial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a strong pipeline of opportunities, maintaining CRM discipline, and executing a structured, value-based sales approach.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and
entrepreneurial sales professional who is confident managing complex deals and building long-term client relationships.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Drive revenue growth by actively developing and managing high-value wholesale opportunities, with a strong focus on deals over $1MBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of industrial and wholesale clients, including oil & gas operators, mining companies, and large-scale accounts, while ensuring accurate CRM trackingLead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal development, negotiation, and final contract executionManage and grow key wholesale accounts through regular engagement, structured reviews, and identifying opportunities for expansion and upsellingWork closely with operations, logistics, pricing, and leadership teams to ensure deal structures are accurate, competitive, and operationally executableMaintain detailed and up-to-date CRM records, including weekly updates on pipeline activity, discovery notes, next steps, and forecasting informationMonitor market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity to support informed decision-making and strategic sales conversationsShare insights and field intelligence with the broader business development team to support growth and market expansion initiativesTravel as required for client meetings, relationship development, and market presence activitiesYour strengths include:Proven experience in wholesale industrial sales, B2B sales, or business development roles, ideally within complex or long sales cycle environmentsStrong track record of successfully closing large-scale, high-value dealsStrong pipeline management skills with disciplined CRM usage and accurate forecasting habitsExcellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholdersStrong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and overall business acumenAbility to work within structured sales processes while managing multiple complex opportunities at the same timeHigh level of attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and consistent follow-through
