Lock Search Group is seeking an experienced OEM National Key Account Manager to join a leading healthcare company. This role demands deep knowledge of OEM commercialization and long-cycle sales specifically in regulated environments. Success hinges on revenue growth, margin sustainability, and operational excellence while fostering long-term relationships with OEM clients and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage key OEM and private-label customer relationships
• Build executive-level partnerships with operational teams
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and planning sessions
• Expand partnerships through portfolio and program growth
• Develop business relationships with new and existing accounts
Requirements:
• 10+ years in medical device sales, especially OEM
• Proven experience managing key accounts with long sales cycles
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, MBA preferred
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
