This inside sales role will have you managing inbound leads and facilitating renewals for existing customers at Qu Data Centres. You will engage directly with the sales leadership and work closely with Account Executives to progress deals efficiently.
Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewals and outreach for specific accounts
• Conduct initial discovery calls with new leads
• Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer-facing materials
• Re-engage stalled opportunities to boost sales pipeline
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in inside sales or customer-facing roles
• Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Multitasking ability for various sales conversations
• Interest in cloud technology and infrastructure
