As part of your role, you will interact with technical, operations, and executive teams within customer organizations. Your focus will be on face-to-face selling and account management activities that meet revenue goals. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customer account strategies
• Conduct cold calls and pursue new leads
• Demonstrate product functionality based on customer needs
• Ensure post-sale communication for issue resolution
• Utilize sales management tools for planning and documentation
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory record
• High school diploma;
Bachelor's preferred
• At least two years in outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and presentation capabilities
• Ability to travel as needed, 10%-25% of the time
